Cecilia Anderson

Passed away peacefully on Thursday, May 14th, 2026 at the age of 99. Cecilia is predeceased by her husband, Herbert; son, Steve. She is survived by her children, John, Helen (dec. Michael), Shirley (Don) and Lin (Chuck); grandchildren, Jason, Lana, Lisa, Vera, Teresa, Scott, Craig, Tina (Lyn), Matthew (Jennifer), Deborah (Josh) and Christy (Steve); several great and great-great grandchildren.
Cecilia was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother who loved puzzles, gardening and sports of all kinds. She also enjoyed nature and listening to country music.
Family and friends are welcome Wednesday, May 20th from 4-7pm at the Profetta Funeral Chapel, 1650 Empire Blvd Rochester, New York.
She will then be resting at the Styres Funeral Home after 12 noon on Friday May 22, where Funeral services will be held on Friday at 3pm. Interment at St. John’s Anglican Cemetery, 5th Line Ohsweken. www.rhbanderson.com
