Delia Bernice Davis
August 11, 1924 - June 10, 2026
D. Bernice Davis in her 101st year has begun her journey back to the spirit world. On June 10, 2026 surrounded by family, Gram peacefully let go to join her loved ones in heaven. Gram was known for her genuine heart, her acts of kindness, and enjoyed loads of laughter. She always helped and loved her family very much. Pre-deceased by her husband Sidney Davis and children Melvin, Virginia, Lois, and Joyce. Survived by her girls, Jean, Debbie, Delores, and Nancy. Also lovingly remembered by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren. Gram will be missed by all those who knew her.
She will be resting at the Sour Springs dinning hall after 5pm on Friday, Funeral and Burial will be at the Sour Springs Longhouse on Saturday June 13, 2026 at 11am. www.rhbanderson.com

Aunt Bernice I haven't seen you in 3 or 4 decades, but I always have remembered you. I just know what a sweet natured person you were and it has always remained with you. Dear Jean,Debbie,Delores,and Jo and all those who the loss of Bernice. Your mom brought much happiness to our family when she and my brother Sid met and married. She was my maid of honor in 1970 and remained one of my best friends throughout sad and happy times and many family reunions.Your mom was one of the strongest women I know.She will remain loved and forever blest.Aunt Dodie and John.
