Surrounded by his family he passed away peacefully on March 14, 2026 at the age of 56. Husband of Arlene Charles. Loving Father of Wayne, Aaron, Eric, Amber (Dido), Brody, and Leah. Proud Grandfather of Layla, Leo, and Adelynn. Loving Brother to Wendy & Phillip, and Brad & Cindy. Special Uncle to Ryan, Shaye, Kaleb, and Kaden, Great Uncle to Jett. Predeceased by parents Leo & Rosalie Thomas; brother, Kevin; grandparents, Frank & Rose Winnie and Albert & Mary Thomas. Gary was also a nephew, cousin and friend to many.
The family will honour his life with visitation at Styres Funeral Home, 1798 4th. Line, Ohsweken on Monday 6 - 8 p.m. and on Tuesday from 10 a.m. - 8 p.m. Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday March 18, 2026 at 11 a.m. Interment Christ Anglican Cemetery. www.rhbanderson.com

Condolences to all who loved and will forever feel the loss. We sure had our share of chuckles and laughs at work. I definitely enjoyed working with you and building the friendship we had.
