Edna died peacefully at Norview Lodge in Simcoe on Friday August 14, 2015 in her 99th year. She was a conscientious, hard working, creative, caring and nurturing woman of God who is truly unforgettable to those who knew and loved her. She was predeceased by her husband Lloyd Yager and by siblings Clifford, Leita (Groth), Vera (Featherstone), Harold, Ruby (Rushton), Reasor and Warren and is lovingly remembered by sons Robert and his wife Jeannette, Barry and his wife Janice and grandchildren Mark and his wife Holly, Suzanne and her husband Paul Tedrick, Brent and his wife Sheri, Chris and his wife Trudy and Greg and his wife Melissa and great grandchildren Claire, Michael, Andrew, Adam, Luke, Jackson, Jacob, Cameron, Zoe, Jordan and Chelsea. The family will receive friends at the Hyde & Mott Chapel of R.H.B. Anderson Funeral Homes Ltd., 60 Main St. S., Hagersville from 7-9 pm Tuesday. A service to celebrate her life will be held at the Selkirk Baptist Church, Selkirk on Wednesday August 19, 2015 at 2 pm. concluding with interment at Rainham Mennonite Cemetery.
